Community Lending Solutions LLC was founded by Kevin Flanagan in 2000. CLS provides consulting services to nonprofits, mortgage lenders, government-sponsored enterprises, public agencies, and homeownership advocacy organizations.
We offer comprehensive guidance on mortgage lending, homeownership counseling, and foreclosure intervention program design and delivery. CLS services include: organizational assessments, feasibility studies, workflow analysis, staff training, sales and production management plans, partnership development, Loan Origination Systems setup and training, and technology deployment assessments.
